The Battle Plan…
Join it.
Make the decision to enlist...then you begin your basic training.
Build it.
Once you have gone through the WiLD (Women in Leadership Development) study you are now an official WiLD Bettie!
Grow it.
You can choose to further develop through Advanced Individual Training (AIT) in your areas of interest. Courses and workshops will be posted here as they are available.
Activate it
You are now ready to deploy your skillsets into your purpose and calling. Using all the unconventional strategies you’ve developed, you’re ready for your mission, should you choose to accept it! You are battle-ready for great exploits!

Building Better Battle Betties
Time is short and we are at war.
Here is our battle plan: Build B-E-T-T-I-E-S
The What: To combat the enemy of our souls, our goal is to Build the Kingdom of God, Equip leaders, Teach biblically sound studies, Transform through the power of Holy Spirit, Impact our generation, Empower one another and Serve the world around us.
The How: We will do this by Bridging the gap to your area of influence, Engaging leaders, providing tactical training Tools, building Trust, Inspiring each other, Encouraging one another and developing Godly Strategies for mighty exploits.
You were made to Flourish…
“The godly will flourish like palm trees and grow strong like the cedars of Lebanon. For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house. They flourish in the courts of our God.” Psalms 92:12-13 NLT
Definitions:
Brilliant- Very bright, radiant
Strategic- Specific plan to achieve a goal over time
Tactical- Actions carefully planned to gain military advantage
Platoon- A subdivision of a company of soldiers, usually forming a tactical unit
Battalion- A tactical military organization, a large troop ready for battle
Deploy- Move into position for military action, utilize
